By using a sliding panel, the length of the side wall of the terrace can be adjusted. This allows the access of weather conditions to be controlled. This is an important element of this development, as the opposite side of the terrace is enclosed by a brick wall. Movable external blinds in combination with the sliding panel improve the air circulation in the terrace space on hot days. In addition, this solution makes it possible to completely open up to the surroundings or to cordon off from them.
